A Format Like No Other
Imagine your company anniversary, Christmas party, or gala dinner with a twist — your own employees take the stage as the stars of the evening. Ballroom Theatre professionals design a unique choreography for each participant, coach them through rehearsals, and produce the full competition night. Judges score. Colleagues cheer. Everyone leaves with a story.
This is not a format we invented on paper. Ballroom Theatre founders Valeria Milova and Vitali Kozmin are professional Dancing with the Stars veterans — Valeria was the first ever champion of DWTS Ireland — 3 seasons in Ireland, 2 in Turkey (5 total), while Vitali won DWTS Turkey and was a finalist in Ireland. They know exactly what makes this format electric — and how to bring that same experience to your event.
How It Works
We meet with your team, discuss the format, and assign each participant a professional dancer-choreographer. We create a unique concept and music selection for every pair.
2–3 weeks of rehearsals — at your convenience. Each participant learns their routine with a Ballroom Theatre professional. No dance experience required.
On the night, participants perform in front of their colleagues. A panel of judges scores each performance — just like the real show. The evening ends with a winner, applause, and an unforgettable memory.
Participation Formats
Classic format
Each employee is paired with one of our professional dancers. Our choreographer designs the routine, teaches it, and performs alongside them on the night. Minimum 4 pairs.
Independent format
Two company employees per pair — our professionals design the choreography and coach both partners through rehearsals. The performance is theirs. Great for larger groups of 10+.
Combined format
Some pairs are pro + employee, others are employee duos. Flexible, scalable, and works well for large companies where not everyone wants a professional partner.
Good to Know
From 4 to 20+ participants. We can source additional professional dancers beyond our core team of six, so the format scales to the size of your company. Contact us to discuss numbers.
Typically 2–3 weeks of rehearsals, with sessions scheduled around participants' working hours. We are flexible and can adjust the timeline to fit your event date.
None at all. Our choreographers are experienced teachers who build routines to match each participant's level. The goal is a fun, impressive performance — not a competition for trained dancers.
Judges can be company executives, invited guests, or even audience vote — we help you design the judging format to suit your event. We can also provide a professional host/MC if needed.
Concept development, individual choreography for each pair, all rehearsal sessions, costumes guidance, and the full performance production on the night — music, staging, and score presentation.
Yes — and it works beautifully. The evening can open with the full professional Ballroom Theatre show, then transition into the Stars for a Night competition. Contact us to design the full programme.
