2. What Data We Collect

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • Booking enquiry data — name, company, email, phone number, event type, event date, and any details you include in the message field of our booking form.
  • Technical data — browser and device information, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location. Before consent, Google Analytics receives limited cookieless measurements; after consent, analytics cookies and full measurement are enabled.

3. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • To improve our website — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax) — legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the website and respond to enquiries:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States, with EU data processing addendum)
  • Zoho Corporation — email service that delivers booking enquiries to us
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics using Google Consent Mode (limited cookieless measurement before consent; analytics cookies after consent) and Google Fonts
  • YouTube (Google LLC) — embedded video players

When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid transfer mechanisms.

5. How Long We Keep Data

  • Booking enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in which case the standard accounting retention applies).
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months (default Google Analytics retention).
  • Cookie consent record: up to 12 months, after which the banner reappears.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority

We use Google Consent Mode. 8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control, and limiting data to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy
