Several Formats
Ballroom Theatre is a professional dance company built around a single flagship production. The same artistic team also creates wedding first dances, hosts dance workshops, and produces "Stars for a Night" corporate experiences. Pick the format that suits your event.
01 — Flagship Production
Full 27-min Two-Act Show
The original Ballroom Theatre production — a choreographed dance performance with fully live sound. Live music and live dance in perfect harmony, performed as one 27-minute set or split into two acts of approximately 14 minutes framing your event. Latin, smooth, Viennese waltz, Argentine tango — designed and produced for stages across Estonia, Finland and the Baltics.
Available in three live-music configurations — from live violin only, to live violin with live vocals by ALIKA (Eurovision 2023), up to a full live orchestra with vocals and violin for the most important occasions.
Best for gala dinners, anniversaries, corporate evenings and theatre nights where you want a flagship moment that is genuinely unique to your event.
02 — Corporate Entertainment
Stars for a Night
Your company's own Dancing with the Stars evening. Employees are paired with our professional dancers, rehearse over 2–3 weeks, and perform on the night in front of colleagues with judges and live scoring. A unique format for company anniversaries, Christmas parties and large gala dinners.
From 4 to 20+ participants — we scale the team to fit. Available across the Baltics, Nordics and on request internationally.
03 — Interactive Format
Workshop / Masterclass for Guests
A short, fun dance workshop for your guests — built into the evening as part of the entertainment. Two blocks of 15 minutes work best: long enough to actually learn a sequence, short enough to keep the energy of the night.
We design the content with you in advance — what styles, how interactive, how it sits between dinner, speeches and the show. The result fits the venue and the audience instead of being a generic class.
2 × 15 min format
Two short, energetic blocks during the evening rather than one long class — keeps guests engaged without taking the whole programme. Other formats possible on request.
Styles to match the event
Latin, Viennese waltz, Argentine tango, salsa, swing — we agree the styles with you in advance based on your audience, the venue and the mood of the night.
Led by professional dancers
A workshop is hosted by one or two of our professional dancers. No prior dance experience needed from your guests — the choreography is always built around them.
Multilingual
We can run a workshop in English, Estonian, Finnish or Russian — useful for international corporate events and mixed-audience weddings.
04 — Choreography & Production
Wedding First Dance Choreography
A first dance designed end-to-end for the bride and groom — from music selection and concept to the lighting on the floor. We work with couples of any level: from "we have never danced" to amateur dancers who want something choreographed at a higher level.
Full production, scaled to your wedding — small and intimate, or a full theatrical reveal.
Music & concept
We listen to the music you have in mind, advise whether it suits a first-dance choreography, and help you choose the right track if needed. Together we agree on the concept, style and mood — from a romantic Viennese waltz to a dramatic tango or a contemporary surprise reveal.
Assessment & strategy
We meet the bride and groom, look at dance experience, physical abilities and the time you have before the wedding. Based on that we plan the number of lessons, the pace, and what is realistic to learn well.
Flexible rehearsal schedule
We work around your calendar — evenings, weekends, lunch breaks. Lessons happen in our studio in Tallinn or at a venue close to you. We adapt as the dance grows.
Music edit & lighting design
If your track needs to be shortened, mixed or transitioned, we edit the music professionally. Where possible we also design simple lighting cues with the venue so the dance is shown at its best.
Dress rehearsal on stage
Before the wedding we run a full rehearsal on the actual venue floor, with the final music and shoes — so on the day itself there are no surprises.
